The market has an IT-management layer, a facility-management layer and a network-management layer. Nobody owns the seam between them, because the vendors on each side have commercial reasons not to make the other side first class.

We built the layer that spans all three tiers, treats every vendor's hardware equally, and applies the alarm discipline that process-control industries have used for decades.
Where a standard exists, ISA-18.2 for alarms, DMTF Redfish for IT, ASHRAE 135 for building systems, OpenConfig for network, we implement it rather than inventing a proprietary equivalent.
We do not sell hardware, so there is no incentive for us to treat any OEM's equipment as second class. That independence is the product.
On-premises and private cloud deployment are the default. Telemetry from your critical facility does not have to leave it to be useful.
