We build the Hardware Control Plane, the operational layer that sits above heterogeneous data center hardware and makes it one system. The company is based in Irvine, California.
The market has an IT-management layer, a facility-management layer and a network-management layer. Nobody owns the seam between them, because the vendors on each side have commercial reasons not to make the other side first class.
That seam is where the incidents happen. A power anomaly becomes compute degradation becomes a network disruption, and the operator watching it has three consoles and no causal chain. We built the layer that spans all three tiers, treats every vendor's hardware equally, and applies the alarm discipline that process-control industries have used for decades.
Where a standard exists, ISA-18.2 for alarms, DMTF Redfish for IT, ASHRAE 135 for building systems, OpenConfig for network, we implement it rather than inventing a proprietary equivalent.
We do not sell hardware, so there is no incentive for us to treat any OEM's equipment as second class. That independence is the product.
The same platform runs fully managed and multi-tenant on our AWS estate, inside your own cloud account, or on hardware in your own facility. The deployment model is a choice you make and can revisit, not a different product with a different feature set. Where telemetry must not leave the building, it does not have to.
Behavior is held to an automated regression suite, schema changes ship as deterministic migrations, and every one of the nine protocols has a hardware simulator behind it. We would rather show you the platform running than describe it.
